Eileen obtained her master in accounting degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 2010, one of the best accounting programs nationwide. Eileen has been working as a Certified Public Accountant with small business owners for about 8 years to ensure owners receive sound business recommendations, quality time with a CPA, and legitimate tax and financial advice. Eileen has an extensive experience on tax, accounting and auditing. Understanding the concerns of small business and the challenges that business owners face, Eileen partnered with Jane Tsareva where they started a CPA firm that focuses on individual and small businesses who will appreciate sound practical advice.
Jane Tsareva obtained her bachelor of accountancy from the California State University Northridge. Jane has been in public accounting since the beginning of her accounting career. She specializes in providing taxation planning and compliance services to a large group of client ranging from individual taxpayers and small business owners to trusts and estates. In addition, Jane has formed strong relationships with her client by understanding the needs and tailoring her skill and expertise to reach the desired outcome. Her expertise also encompasses areas of real estate, investments, entertainment industries, retail and wholesale sales, international taxation, etc. Jane is devoted in helping her clients’, specifically small business owners, by proving financial guidance and ensuring that all accounting and tax needs are professionally handled.
